Before contacting support

• Try the guest demo if you want to explore without creating an account.
• For a sign-in link or password reset, open the email on the same device where you requested it.
• Signed-in learning progress syncs automatically. You can also trigger a sync from Settings.
• AI-generated material may contain errors. Please report unsafe or clearly incorrect output from the feedback box at the foot of Create, Review, or News. You can still email contact@vocatale.com.

Your data

Signed-in users can export their data or permanently delete their account from Your data in the account bar. Read the privacy notice for details.

When you write

Include the device model, iOS version, Vocatale app version, the learning language, and the steps that led to the problem. Never send a password, sign-in token, or AI-provider API key.
